Vertical Reel Lifter - Automatic Lock

Vertical reel lifter to be suspended from a hoist or crane (not included). Supplied with automatically operated steel grippers. The operation works like a ball point pen and switches between lock and unlock each time a reel is picked up and put down. Safe holding by the operating weight of the reel. Release is not possible under load.

Reel Manipulators

We offer a range of reel manipulators to rotate reels of various materials through 90 degrees. We offer three rotation options:

Manual - up to 150 kg

Pneumatic - up to 500 kg

Hydraulic - up to 2500 kg

The reel can be gripped from the core, from the diameter and from a combination of both.

Mobile Reel Manipulator

We offer our manually operated reel manipulator fitted to a lightweight hand pushed battery lift truck. The reel is gripped from the core with the option of a clamp on the outside diameter to prevent loosely wound reels from telescoping.
