LADDER PLATFORM / STAGING SYSTEM

Our ladder platform / staging is designed to provide a safe, secure, high level work platform / staging up to 7.5 metres high. It complies with all the relevant British Standards and will fit on to (AND SHOULD ONLY BE USED WITH) any BS EN131 trade quality ladder.

LADDER PLATFORM

  
Ladder Staging

Manufactured from strong, lightweight aluminium - cannot rust or corrode.

Can be erected in 6 minutes and taken down even faster!

Platform Sections: 2, 3, 4 or 5 metres
Up to 7.5 metres high

Iideal for replacing soffits, fascias and gutters.

Can easily be extended.

 Compliance: - This system is manufactured to the requirements of the HSE and the relevant British Standard. Where neither the HSE or BSI provide a standard or a specification then the General Product Safety Regulations 1994 is used as a standard.

Safety: - The staging brackets have a safe working of 270 kg and will accept any make of 600 mm wide staging board.

When used on two roof ladders the system should be mounted on rungs four spaces apart as seen left.

The equipment consists of a handed pair of support brackets that mount onto your ladder and are attached two rungs apart

Each support bracket has a telescopic strut, which enables the support arm to be made horizontal very quickly and locked into position.

There are four corner posts that are rapidly locked into place on the staging brackets using captive thumb screws.

The corner posts are fitted with U bolts and L bolts to accept the hand rails and toe boards.

Finally the staging board is mounted across the support brackets and locked into place using the captive L bolts.

The 4 metre and 5 metre boards need a mid board post to support the hand rails.

LADDER STABILISER

Our ladder stabiliser will provide the level of stability required by the HSE (OC200/30) and will also virtually eliminate ladder 'bounce' improving the stability of the platform/staging system.

Easily fitted and operated it stays permanently on the ladder forlding flat for storage and transport.

The adjustable legs cope with uneven ground.

The combined use of the ladder stabiliser with the platform/staging system will satisfy the requirements of the HSE.

LADDER LEVELLER

The ladder leveller is a pair of adjustable legs made from anodised aluminium. The legs slide over the rungs of any BS EN131 and lock on using captive bolts.

The leveller has 75 mm of adjustment on each side in increments of 3 mm.

It provides the level of 16 degress of adjustment determined by the HSE without resorting to packing pieces
