Manually operated hand chain hoists, also known as a hand chain
blocks, are very convenient and versatile for
lifting in all
areas of industry. A wide variety of models of
manual hand chain
blocks are now available for lifting with
safe working loads, from a lightweight 250 kg to heavy duty multiple fall
hoists obtaining lifting capacities of up to 20 tonne.
Standard lifting hook paths exist
for most applications although hand chain hoists can
be fitted with varying chain lengths to suit specific requirements.
Hand chain hoists can be supplied with a
hook suspension, with a hand pushed or a hand geared trolley to suit a range of
beam flange widths. Latched swivel hooks
are standard. |

The
new Yalelift 360
hand chain block is a new exiting development in manual
lifting hand chain hoists. The unique 360 degree rotating hand
chain guide allows the operator to control the lifting hoist
from any angle - even from above the load. For the
first time operators can stay well clear of the danger
zone immediately below the load.
The lifting hoist also provides a number of other significant
improvements including:
A new brake system that is quieter and more efficient.
The rugged housing totally encloses the lifting chain drive
protecting components against dirt.
Available in capacities
from 500 to 20000 kg.
The lifting hoist is also available in a corrosion
resistant finish and spark resistant. |

new low headroom lifting hand chain hoist with
an integrated hand pushed or hand geared trolley.
The specially developed
lifting chain reeving system and lifting chain guide allow the bottom
block to be pulled laterally to the hoist further up and
almost against the beam flange.

new inverted version
of lifting hand chain block designed for operation on traversing tower systems.
It is provided with a special lifting chain guide and totally enclosed housing.
Available in capacities of 1000 and 2000 kg.
The lifting hoist can also be supplied in ES form with a
lifting chain reeving system designed for the
stage/entertainment industry. This allows for a
lifting operation in standard hoist configuration as
well as in inverted mode.
The manual lifting hoist can be supplied with a
revolving chain container which can be used in standard
hoist configuration as well as in inverted mode.
