Hoist
manufacturers usually design and produce trolleys
for pre-set permanent attachment, specifically
for their own branded products. These are ideal
for the majority of applications.
One
of the main gripes often expressed by factory engineers
is the difficulty they encounter when assembling Girder
Trolleys in situ. The new Quick Girder Trolley removes
these problems once and for all. It has been designed to
be quick and easy to assemble on the beam.
Alternatively,
adjustable girder trolleys are available
providing versatility on-site or for maintenance
purposes, allowing the fitter quick and easy
assembly to most standard runway beams.
Hand
geared trolleys allow the operator to
effortlessly and accurately move and position
suspended loads in either direction. Usually
designed for hook suspension, they are also
available with permanent hoist attachments
according to the manufacturers specification.
Manual hand geared versions can be fitted with
hand chain to facilitate any height.
Electrically powered trolleys are
also available with cable
festoon systems and safety switches. The trolley is
controlled from a multi-purpose low voltage
pendant control.
