| A
lighter type of mobile gantry designed for
constant dismantling and easy transportation or
shipment. With a safe working load up to 2 tonnes
and fitted with ball bearing swivel castors
with a choice of cast iron or polyurethane tyred. Standard models are built with
10ft (3048 mm) under beam height and (3353 mm) 11ft between side frames but
can be built to your specification. |

| Mobile Fixed
Height Gantry |
| Standard
internal bracing or the option of external
bracing for maximum hoist travel. The side frames are
usually of an "A" frame configuration
and support the appropriate high grade steel load
bearing "I" beam. A choice of casters
are available, either durable cast iron or robust
polyurethane tyred with the option of screw down
parking jacks. Strong, safe and completely mobile
with capacities up to 5 tonne safe working load.
Standard gantries are built with 10ft (3048 mm) under beam height and 11ft
(3353 mm) between side frames. Gantries can
also be custom built to your specification. |

| Mobile Variable
Height Gantry |
| Very
similar in design to the fixed height gantry with
external bracing but allowing for a sliding
centre extension piece within the "A"
frame. The under beam height is adjustable between 9ft
(2743 mm) and 14ft (4267 mm) by means of a simple screw and bevel
gearing system. Capacities vary up to 6 tonne
safe working load with optional screw down
parking jacks. Each gantry is fitted with ball
bearing swivel castors either cast iron or
polyurethane tyred. Standard gantries have 11ft (3353 mm) span between side frames but can be built to our
customer's specification. |
